Advance Ticket Purchase has closed
We will be sending out tickets within a week of the 28th July.
There is still some space left so if you missed out on advance space reservation you can still turn up on the day and get in, first come first served for the display area.

Sunday 17th August will see the Retro Rides Gathering at the Heritage Motor Centre in Gaydon (postcode CV35 0BJ for those journey plans). We have space for just over 400 cars and expect it to fill up. It will of course represent the wide range of vehicles that we love on Retro Rides from Hot Rods and Customs through to Circuit Racers and Stock Dailys. We are all getting together to have a great day in celebration of what we do at a great venue with the same great vibe as other Retro Rides events.

Camping is available on the Saturday 16th if you fancy arriving early end enjoying a nice social weekend with friends, we will of course be having a BBQ.

Spaces are on a first come first served basis and are £10 per car (so bring your friends, or get them to drive one of your other cars). The first 120 people arriving at the show will also get free entry to the museum. Everyone else will get discount entry on the day. Club tickets are available and will guarantee that you are all parked up together in the show area, so if you are part of a club and want them attending, tell the people that need to know. Minimal club booking is 4 spaces.

Camping costs £11 per pitch for the Saturday night only and is payable on entry to the campsite on the Saturday.

Show day: Sunday, 17th August 2008 from 7:30am

Camping available on Saturday, 16th August 2008 from midday.

£10 per car

Yes thats right we're charging you per car to display in the show area, so polish up your pride and joy (or don't if you don't want to), load it up with friends and bring it on down to the show for a great day out.

Advance space booking is now closed, so you're going to have to take your chances on the day now. We have some space to be filled, but arrive early to avoid disappointment. You can of course still come and camp if you want to make a weekend of it.
Remember the ticket is Per Car for the main show area, we are a retro car show so please only purchase a display area ticket if your car is all about that. Anything over 20 years old is a definite, 15-20 years gets a bit fluffy round the edges, so drop an email if you need advice. If you are not turning up in a retro/older car then fear not, you can visit the museum, and therefore the area that we are taking over, like any other member of the public. If you can get there in an older car and display in the main area, that would be great, the more you support us the better show was can put on, and they are pretty great already!. If you've got any questions about cars, entry, camping, club space, or anything else please email us

We will be offering awards in the following categories for cars at the show:

Car Of The Year 2008
Dare To Be Different Award
Wheel Whores
Love For The Unloved Award
Hardslam
Long Distance - Must have driven to the show

Every car that is parked in the show area will be automatically entered.

On top of the show the venue has much to offer, the museum itself is worthy of your time and people attending the show will get discount entry, there is also the go kart track to take advantage of and the Land Rover 4x4 course, in addition to the hundreds of awesome cars and great people to talk to. Whats not to love!?

Be Part Of It!
